It’s 3 month since

It’s 3 month since we moved and we continue to be grateful to CJ Hole, George, Lorraine and the team. From our first meeting with George he enabled the sale with helpful professional advice while also listening to us and taking our personal circumstances into consideration. There were inevitable glitches, for example when the property we were buying suddenly became liable for probate and later when we needed to find a mutually acceptable completion date George stepped in and enabled the process. We were so glad we had chosen CJ Hole and would recommend George and his team unreservedly.

Would recommend buying a property through CJ Hole. Communication by email, phone was very easy organised and thought out. Organising several viewings with builders, architects even before completing was stress free. Great team and loved the fact we only dealt with 1 or 2 people instead of loads of different people which made the whole process quite smooth and less complicated.

Big thanks to all the staff for marketing, and finally selling my property recently. It was a bit of a rocky ride at times, but we persevered and saw it through. Lorraine was a great help to me between acceptance of the offer to finally, after 4 months, exchanging. It was comforting to know she was there for me either on line or by phone.

I had very good experience when buying a property through CJ Hole W-O-T and would particularly commend Joshua McKenzie.
