Sale of house in

This was my first experience of selling a house and at every step I felt fully supported by George and latterly Ben. George took the time to look in detail at the house and provided significant comparable evidence before giving a realistic and achievable valuation. The house was taken to market quickly with great photography and property details. I was kept in the loop at every stage - viewings, feedback, offers, etc - and am extremely grateful to Ben for his perseverance and tenacity in getting the sale over the line. Ben negotiated on my behalf and through his market knowledge and insights, guided me through the sale process to achieve a result I was absolutely delighted with.
