We sold our late mother's house through CJ Hole and would highly recommend them. As we were selling during a pandemic and didn't live in the area ourselves it was good to know that we could trust them to handle the whole process very smoothly. The house was valued by Max Knighton who took all of the photographs, did the measurements and prepared the property description, he really took note of our comments and we were very happy with the way that the house was presented. We were regularly updated on the sale by Max and were given feedback after viewings by various members of the team. Once we had accepted an offer we were then assisted by Lorraine Banbury, the Sales Progressor, who very efficiently kept the process moving on and was our contact with the buyer and their solicitor. We are very happy with the whole service given by CJ Hole and would definitely recommend them to others.

I have bought and sold two properties through CJ Hole and found their services to be very professional. The Westbury and Henleaze offices work as a team, so there are plenty of staff available for viewings and support. Within 24hrs of putting my last property on the market there were 22 viewings booked, with more to follow in the next few days. We went to best and final offers within 6 days of viewings starting and achieved above the asking price. Very pleased with their services and would recommend.

Extremely supportive

I was extremely impressed with the Westbury team. This was the first time I had sold a property so was anxious throughout. They were highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and very good at what they do. Annabel started the process with me and answered my numerous questions, putting me at ease and advising on how to get the best sale. Lorraine was my sales advisor and she was excellent, very calm and reassuring and dealt with everything that came along with complete professionalism. These two agents stood out for me but I was really impressed with the whole team, who really know their clients. Would recommend buying a property through CJ Hole. Communication by email, phone was very easy organised and thought out. Organising several viewings with builders, architects even before completing was stress free. Great team and loved the fact we only dealt with 1 or 2 people instead of loads of different people which made the whole process quite smooth and less complicated.
