We sold our late mother's house through CJ Hole and would highly recommend them. As we were selling during a pandemic and didn't live in the area ourselves it was good to know that we could trust them to handle the whole process very smoothly. The house was valued by Max Knighton who took all of the photographs, did the measurements and prepared the property description, he really took note of our comments and we were very happy with the way that the house was presented. We were regularly updated on the sale by Max and were given feedback after viewings by various members of the team. Once we had accepted an offer we were then assisted by Lorraine Banbury, the Sales Progressor, who very efficiently kept the process moving on and was our contact with the buyer and their solicitor.
