I am letting my property as an overseas landlord and CJ Hole are managing it for me. They take care of all the legal requirements and keep on top of me to ensure my property is compliant. They also regularly check the quality and condition of the property to ensure both myself and the tenants are happy and satisfied. I really appreciate the work they put in and I deal with Jess and Vanessa and they are superb, friendly and easy to deal with. They and CJ Hole take the stress out of managing the property for me. George @ C J Hole sold my Dad's house in Henleaze. As one should expect not everything went to plan with a 19th century house, with complex title, which had been lived in by the same people for 34 years. It was therefore great to work with an experienced, responsive, agent who navigated the sale to completion. I am a Chartered Surveyor and meet estate agents everyday, if I was selling in Henleaze I would definitely recommend using George and C J Hole.

Our office is prominently positioned in the heart of Westbury on Trym, specialising in both residential sales and lettings, property management as well as new home and land sales, we have a wide range of properties to suit every individual need. Franchisee owner Chris Hill is Bristol born-and-bred and is a member of both the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). He is passionate about property having 30+ years industry experience and runs a total of eight branches in the area. Both Tim and George are both directors of Henleaze & Westbury-on-Trym and head up a large team split between the two offices.
