From there, the whole process proceeded smoothly and we were kept updated at all times by telephone feedback after viewings and through their online portal. I'd definitely recommend Karl Tatler for purchasing a new property. The initial sales agent was very responsive but then Kerry Griffiths who assisted with the purchase process was fantastic. She helped get quite a few issues "unstuck" and was very personable and helpful throughout.
