Of the four Estate Agents that we contacted in West Kirby, Karl Tatler were streets ahead at the introductory meeting in terms of a professional approach, realistic valuation, marketing tools at their disposal and competitive fee structure. From there, the whole process proceeded smoothly and we were kept updated at all times by telephone feedback after viewings and through their online portal. We were particularly impressed by the way in which they liaised between solicitors to agree a mutually acceptable completion date. I'd definitely recommend Karl Tatler for purchasing a new property. The initial sales agent was very responsive but then Kerry Griffiths who assisted with the purchase process was fantastic. She helped get quite a few issues "unstuck" and was very personable and helpful throughout.
