It is with great pleasure I leave this review for the team at West Kirby. They have been fantastic in selling my father’s home. Chris the Manager, valued the property and Hannah became our Property Manager. When Chris moved branches, Clare was promoted and Cheryl took over from Hannah who went on maternity leave. I mention this, as staff changes can sometimes present challenges, but the West Kirby team were absolutely brilliant. In particular, I wish to highlight Clare, Cheryl and Hannah; their professionalism, communication and listening skills are excellent! They understand what’s important and genuinely care! The two members of staff that undertook the viewings, Jill and in particular Luke were superb! Once we accepted an offer, the Sales Progression team took over and Joanne took the sale forward. She kept us updated on the progress of the sale, liaising with our buyer, their estate agent and solicitor to ensure communication was transparent! Joanne was fantastic! A really difficult situation for me, (selling my father’s beloved home) was handled with sensitivity and care and I would not hesitate in recommending Karl Tatler’s to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property.

I have used Tatler West Kirby for other house sales so returned for the latest sale and purchase. From Clare who valued my house, to Rob who arranged viewings and Vicki who negotiated, all were professional but approachable (and patient!). They responded to my queries in person and by email very promptly. The sales progression team (in the person of Kerry) were very good at following up and responding calmly to my sometimes very worried messages! Thank you all

I cannot thank the team at Karl Tatler West Kirby enough for making my house selling experience seamless from start to finish. Clare made me feel so reassured when taking the photos of my house & explained each step of the house selling process to me (this was my first time selling a property). I dealt with Tom (who has now left the team) who was equally as helpful & thorough. And latterly anyone else I spoke to was equally as helpful. Kerry in the sales progression team then kept me updated regularly with where we were at on everything solicitor wise. All round top service & I wouldn’t use another estate agent in the future. I am also so happy that they found me my next house too & I'm having the same excellent help with that purchase. Thank you Karl Tatler.

We were very pleased with the service we received from the West Kirby Office of Karl Tatler. From valuation and photographs with Clare, the property was rapidly on the market. We received prompt feedback by e-mail or on the phone from Rob and the on line tracker showed the interest in our property. Whenever we phoned the office with queries the answers were always available, whether from Rob or from Kate, Vikki or Hannah if they took the call.
