We are not novice house buyers/sellers but seldom have we been in the market at such a time of frenzy and heat. The thing that impressed us the most about this business was that they were always available when we needed them, empathetic, tolerant to our needs but always professional. No unanswered ringing phone. we all know that frustration. From the office Manager to the sales staff we felt we were always listened to, which seemed to be proven by a flawless Sales process. From valuation to completion date. We hesitate to name individual staff members as we have already stated we felt our needs were identified and acted upon by all, but we cannot leave a review without a mention of Elle Moss who was as attentive as anyone could wish for from a sales professional under such obvious business pressures, a real asset to the business in our opinion.
