I'd definitely recommend Karl Tatler for purchasing a new property. The initial sales agent was very responsive but then Kerry Griffiths who assisted with the purchase process was fantastic. She helped get quite a few issues "unstuck" and was very personable and helpful throughout.

I found everyone at Karl Tatler helpful and charming. They always contacted me when they said they would and showed people round promptly.I always felt they kept in touch with me and I knew what was happening. I would strongly recommend them as an estate agent.
