We were very pleased with the service we received from the West Kirby Office of Karl Tatler. From valuation and photographs with Clare, the property was rapidly on the market. We received prompt feedback by e-mail or on the phone from Rob and the on line tracker showed the interest in our property. Of the four Estate Agents that we contacted in West Kirby, Karl Tatler were streets ahead at the introductory meeting in terms of a professional approach, realistic valuation, marketing tools at their disposal and competitive fee structure. From there, the whole process proceeded smoothly and we were kept updated at all times by telephone feedback after viewings and through their online portal. We were particularly impressed by the way in which they liaised between solicitors to agree a mutually acceptable completion date.
