We had the most wonderful experience with Katie and Dexter at Paramount Properties. We were off to a good start when Dexter managed to arrange a viewing right after we made contact with him. Things got even better when we came to see the flat. Dexter had been very professional and communicative. He was also helpful when it came to making an offer and moved quickly with paper work. The excellent service was kept up with multiple check ins from Katie. She was helpful and supportive before and during the move itself. She even dealt with (and solved) a minor issue we had with the water bill days after our actual move in date. We highly recommend Paramount and we do thank both Dexter and Katie for having turned a rather challenging process into a smooth and stress-free experience!

Ollie and Katie were amazing from start to finish; always really helpful, could answer any questions we had, and made sure to keep us updated throughout the moving process. Honestly HEAVEN SENT after a not so great experience with previous estate agent. Reagen Bradley was a breath of fresh air, she genuinely goes out of her way to help. She takes on board any issues and is absolutely amazing in her communications ; lovely, warm and polite in her telephone manner which makes a big difference. She's obviously an asset to her company. And really put me at ease both during the end of my tenancy and in facilitating a very smooth check out. Highly recommend to anyone looking to go forward with them. It's always important to have great management and they are exactly that. I had such a great experience finding a flat to let through Paramount. They were very professional, they responded to all of my queries quickly, they were proactive in communicating, and they were just plain helpful all around. It was a thoughtful gesture to leave a bottle of champagne in the flat on the move-in date. When I got locked out of the flat due to a faulty key-copying situation, they kindly loaned me their spare copy which saved me from having to call a locksmith. I love my new flat, and I would highly recommend Paramount to anyone. Special thanks to Adam and Katie for their outstanding service.
