My property agent Lionel was excellent in this whole process of buying a house. He was very prompt if any issues were there. my property purchase went through some emotional ups and down but Lionel was always keeping both the seller and myself positive and at the end we made it and also got exemption with out stamp duty.Thanks Lionel

My experience with Paramount and with Leighton specifically was absolutely outstanding. I was amazed at how responsive and efficient he was. Through the process, he was available to guide and advise me. He did a great job chasing the seller's solicitors on our behalf to speed up the process. I've completed my purchase in a record time and I owe it to Leighton's professionalism. On top of this, he is just a nice guy to work with and always have a smile on him! I highly recommend him.

Highly recommended!! They answered all my questions quickly and fully, and helped and guided me through the process with absolute professionalism. Dexter and Katie are super friendly, very committed and kept me up to date at all times. Compared to my previous experience, they made all the paperwork pain free (specially with all the Covid situation). Cheers to Paramount for being the best! I couldn’t be happier!! 😊

I had a great experience with Paramount properties and even though circumstances were much different due to Covid-19 they were professional and attentive throughout. Dexter and Katie were amazing and so helpful, answering all questions promptly and making the process efficient and effortless. Couldn't recommend enough!

Dexter and Kirti made out move in to Finchley Central so easy and stress free. They always gave prompt replies and answered all our questions, even out of working hours. Dexter made sure the flat looked good for the move in and Kirti got the tenancy agreement and all paperwork sorted really quickly. Very happy with the experience. Thank you Paramount!
