I have been contacted by agent Cory on Saturday morning since I started searching for a flat on Friday night. He was cheerful and so easy to talk to. I’m just starting out on the journey with Paramount lettings and so far I have to say they have been great. Cory put me at ease right from the viewing stage. My experience with other places has made me wary but he was not pushy or aggressive in the least. The team in the office dealing with the admin side of things have been very responsive and organised.

Great experience - agents were very helpful, passionate, and were eager to find us an alternative property after our first offer didn’t work out. They showed us flats that exceeded our expectations and within our budget and never tried to “sell” us too much. Overall, a much better experience than what we experienced with other agencies. As a couple new to the country, the agents explained the process very clearly and we never felt out of the loop. The onboarding / signing process was smooth and easy. Dexter and Janki were our agents through the process.

Really like working with the team over at Paramount, especially Amber. Haven't had any complaints since moving in, and any misunderstandings or miscommunications have been sorted very quickly. Just a really pleasant experience dealing with this team of agents. Hopefully it will continue for as long as we're in this property.

We had a really good experience buying through Paramount. Unlike many other agents we were registered with, we weren't bombarded with irrelevant properties or pushed to attend viewings. Leighton was very prompt to respond to our enquiries, put forward our case to the sellers and facilitated multiple viewings.
