I am a landlord and have been letting flats through Paramount since 2012 . I am very happy with their services. Paramount have found me great reliable tenants on each letting and I have never had any problems with my tenants. We bought our flat in Kilburn through Paramount many years ago, and had such a good experience, particularly as first time buyers at the time. We had kept in touch with Adam over the years and finally the moment came for us to move, so naturally we turned to Paramount. Comparing the valuations we received, Paramount was not the most aggressive, but we wanted to work with people we felt very comfortable with and whom we trusted were giving us an honest view on what our flat could sell for. It turned out they were exactly right, whilst we initially marketed a little higher that what they advised on our own prerogative, the offers we were getting were consistently around the valuation, so we realised that was the right value. We have a baby at home, so protecting our privacy as much as possible was key, and Paramount could offer that as they made a comprehensive (and so so lovely) video presentation of the flat, so only serious potential buyers would come for a viewing. Paramount was very supportive throughout the viewings process always trying to accommodate our schedule. It didn’t take too long for us to agree a sale and whilst the first buyer had misled us and pulled out shortly after we accepted the offer, Paramount went back into it with the same enthusiasm to get us another buyer. We did indeed have another offer shortly after. Jamie who handled the negotiations and post sales communications, was super on top of things, always nudging things along and trying to bring us and the buyer to an agreement about the various issues raised. He was very helpful and attentive and patient. Paramount also has an impressive network of tradesmen they can recommend, we used a number of them both pre-marketing and during the sale process and every one of them were excellent. Overall I am very happy we worked with Paramount for the sale of our flat as we felt in safe, honest and respectful hands, it never felt like it’s about making an extra dollar no matter what, the focus was always on meeting our needs.
