Chloe went above and beyond on the repair work that was needed to our new home and was a friendly face throughout the whole process. Cannot fault Jason’s organisation of the legal bit either - seamless service and always on hand to offer support. Such a welcome change from other agencies in London.

I would thoroughly recommend Paramount. I have used them for three flat sales in West Hampstead, and each time I have been pleased with them. They are calm, professional and pretty realistic about the property value too. There are a lot of agents who have a more "huff and puff" about the values that a property can achieve, but I think Paramount are much more realistic and are more likely to get to a satisfactory sale.

Outstanding service and an exemplary business. Dexter Franklin-Beck showed us the flat and has been around through the whole moving process. Dexter and the agency offer outstanding service even after e moved in. When we moved in, we had some minor issues in the flat which were taken care quickly of thanks to Dexter. Finally, what you pay the agency is extremely reasonable and you can clearly see they want to make sure both the landlord and the tenants have a pleasant experience.
