We had to move quite suddenly and were fortunate enough to have Dexter help with the search for a new flat. He was very patient because I was quite specific in what we were looking for in a property. There was no hard sell, no push, his attitude was very much "If this isn't the one, we'll keep looking and find the right one", which was brilliant. Finally did find the right one, and couldn't be happier. Throughout the negotiations, he was really helpful and honestly he made the property search process a lot less stressful than I'm used to, which I'm thankful for. If I had to do it all over, I'd still go with Paramount.

Great overall experience when looking to rent a property! We did our viewings with Adam who was very helpful throughout the process and once our offer was accepted Jason helped us with arranging paperwork details. They were both very professional as we did not face any of the standard bad practices often met in market and we would definitely recommend them!
