We just completed on our Willesden Green flat on Friday having had an absolutely amazing experience with Ollie Gorman from Paramount Properties. Ollie was the first agent we met and was so friendly and professional from the start. We saw what felt like hundreds of properties, and he was so patient, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive from start to finish. I'm sure it was partly luck but having heard from so many people how stressful a property purchase is we really did not find that at all! Nothing was too much trouble and he got back to us within minutes every time we needed something. We had a fairly ambitious timeline to try and stick to which we were a little nervous about making, but Ollie really pushed from every direction to ensure it happened, and succeeded with a couple of days to spare! We could not be happier with the service provided and cannot speak highly enough of Ollie, who just made the entire process (almost) totally stress free. Dexter was great at attending to our needs. Paramount don't take on any rubbish properties, so you know you are seeing good quality houses during viewings. Helped us when things didn't go quite to plan (due to the landlord, not Paramount). Kyla helped us sort out signing of the house efficiently and remotley while we were on holiday so it was all sorted for our return. Overall, efficient, easy and would definitely use them again.
