Paramount Properties has been the best agent I’ve worked with in London so far. Their service is impeccable and everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end. I felt I was always taken take of and was informed about every step along the process. I never felt like I was being tricked as I did with so many agents before. The cherry on the cake was he bottle of wine at the move in day. A superb experience and thank you very much.

Recently found and moved into a property managed by Paramount, and I can't recommend them enough. Dexter and Lucy were fantastic throughout the whole process and I never had to chase for anything, they were so organised and helpful that they were always a few steps ahead of me! We've also been dealing with Bansari in regards to our flat and she has been amazing too. Paramount really provide the personal touch and take the time to listen to what you are actually looking for, in difference to some of the other companies that we've dealt with. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Had a positive experience renting through Paramount - especially after being badly let down by another high street letting agent. Dealt with Dexter (not the first time we've met him) who is very friendly, honest and not at all pushy. And Lucy was very helpful on the admin side and gave us plenty of opportunity to clarify any matters prior to move in. All in all, would happily recommend.

Our experience with Paramount Properties has been fantastic. I'd never heard of them before we saw the property we now rent. Ollie was really helpful and reassuring throughout the process of securing the property and Lucy was brilliant too in helping us get sorted with the contract and deposit. What's great about Paramount too is they seem to have a team of people ready and at hand to help you with anything. We used their JustMoveIn service to set up our bills and internet which made moving in seamless and I'm sure the maintenance service will be equally as helpful as and when we use that too. Would highly recommend!

Excellent property managers! It was effortless to put my flat to rent with Paramount. Dexter was very helpful explaining what’s required from the landlord to let out a property. Within a few hours of listing the flat on the website, I’ve had several viewings booked. Adam and the lettings team worked hard to reach to prospective tenants and I received an offer within a week, and signed with a long-term tenant straight-after. Katie was very efficient to the tenancy contract in place. All went smoothly! Highly recommend these guys!

Our experience with Paramount has been absolutely amazing. We wanted to move in ASAP (approx 2 weeks from the time we viewed the flat to when we wanted to move in). The whole process was seamlessly managed in time by Paramount. As its summer the staff we were dealing with initially were on holiday towards the moving date; but still everything was perfectly managed by staff who was covering to Sales and Processing team. Massive shout out to Lucy towards the last few days she made sure all our concerns are taken care of and deal was signed in time with all information we needed for furniture etc. Also to Oliver (Ollie) for his spontaneous response round the clock. Such an amazing experience with Paramount! Katie and Ollie were both very professional and patient with our queries. Ollie was very helpful when showing us few properties so we could make an informed decision. As we are renting for a first time in London, we were not really familiar with a renting procedure, however Katie guided us trough each stage of a renting process so everything was very smooth. Finding a property to rent in London can be stressful, but since I went on my first (and luckily only!) viewing with Adam I understood I could trust Paramount would offer me the best service. There is just no comparison between Paramount and other letting agencies.
