Namely we worked with Spencer who helped prepare the property and was on hand at all times - he even came out of his way to Ealing to pick up specialist parts delivered to our new address by mistake!

Very few agencies can boast a service as good as Paramount's at West Hampstead. Aaron was very helpful in helping us find the most suitable property at a time when the agency was very busy and took us through the process in a professional and seamless manner. The agency uses great software to streamline the contract and credit checks which made our life very easy. To top it all up, when due to a key lock issue we got locked out a few days in the tenancy, Aaron and Reagan, Paramount's Director of Operations, provided help and ensured all expenses related to the incident were swiftly reimbursed to us. This last part especially demonstrates their professionalism. I strongly recommend them if you are interested in a property in West Hampstead.

I've been renting a property that was let and managed by Paramount for the last 2 years. Having had a number of pretty unsavoury run-ins with London estate agents, Paramount have been a breath of fresh air. Super helpful, professional, not rip-off merchants. I once stupidly left the heating on before going away for three weeks and they were even kind enough to send someone round to turn it off. If I were moving back to the area, I would definitely go to them first.

We received an excellent service with our recent move through Paramount Properties. Chloe Martin helped us manage to speedily secure the property following our viewing as well as helped us push forward the move in date. She even left us a bottle of wine for our arrival which was a nice suprise! Paramount Properties also put us in contact with another company who helped to sort out all our bills (internet, gas & electricity etc) which helped simplify the move.
