Cameron services good

They are quite professional in what they do. Compared to other estate agents this is really recommend. At the same it would be extortion when u r leaving the property as a tenant.

Overall service is good but don't fall for the Cameron reward program. It's waste of money 💰. Not much offers or any discount …

The team who did the viewings with us did a fantastic job. However, when considering our other interactions with different teams within Cameron's, and how it compared to other agents I would say it was average when it came to the purchase of a house.

Nicola was great, she was responsive and everything went smoothly with the pre-checks and everything. It was just a shock moving into the place and finding old trash! Everywhere was unclean all the surfaces were left as found… grease on the tables, the kitchenette, toilet seats with stains, shower full of lime stains, food remains in the couches, I pulled up my mattress to uncover a pile of garbage!! Literally!! They put up a good service but when it came to the gritty nitty details, they’re definitely lacking.

We have rented 2 property under Cameron management and both Ketan and Nicola, respectuflly were very approachable and helpful in each processe. Last search was particularly stressful but Nicola was very proactive and really helpful for months until new reservation was possible. Queries are answered quickly and effectively at all times. HOWEVER, contacting PROPERTY MANAGEMENT team and maintenance team is very painfull, delayed and the after-tenancy process is unfair, UNPROFESSIONAL. We're charged for professional cleaning in the first property that was not done in the 2nd property . Returning the holding deposit was long and there's a lack of accountability for the services advertised.

I was happy with Trent who showed me the property and how it could be remodelled. But after the agreed sale, the sales progressors were really pushy and made me uncomfortable. They where not there to help me as a buyer but they only wanted to move the process forward without understanding my concerns. As a first time buyer, a lot of things they said made me anxious. I think their support especially for young people should be better as we have no experience in this market.
