We have an overall good experience with Cameron. So far we have rented two apartments from them. The first one was really disappointing & handed over to us in an unprofessional condition but the second apartment is good. Pros - A highly active sales team. Having used Cameron for the past two years as a tenant I've had a mixed experience, completely based on the Property Manager overseeing my rental at the time. Nicole who I believe no longer works at the company was dismissive of maintenance concerns, difficult to get a hold of and would not liaise as needed to alleviate concerns (my car was damaged and she refused to support access to CCTV). This left me with little faith in Cameron as a tenant I didn't feel like concerns would be actioned in a timely manner or at all. However I have had really positive interactions with Esmerelda Diergaardt who has been very efficient, professional and explained processes ahead of ending my tenancy. Esmerelda has been incredibly prompt in all of her communication and has so far made the often complicated process incredibly easy. It doesn't take too much to create a positive experience but Esmerelda has turned around my opinion of Cameron for the better after the negative experiences of the past.

They are quite professional in what they do. Compared to other estate agents this is really recommend. At the same it would be extortion when u r leaving the property as a tenant.

Nicola was great, she was responsive and everything went smoothly with the pre-checks and everything. It was just a shock moving into the place and finding old trash! Everywhere was unclean all the surfaces were left as found… grease on the tables, the kitchenette, toilet seats with stains, shower full of lime stains, food remains in the couches, I pulled up my mattress to uncover a pile of garbage!! Literally!! They put up a good service but when it came to the gritty nitty details, they’re definitely lacking.

The team who did the viewings with us did a fantastic job. However, when considering our other interactions with different teams within Cameron's, and how it compared to other agents I would say it was average when it came to the purchase of a house.
