It was a good experience, everything went smooth, and communication was very good throughout the procedure.

Rented a property managed by Cameron from 2022-2023. The agents are approachable and quick to attend to any repairs or queries and concerns. They try their best to attend to all matters within a reasonable amount of time and their properties are of a very decent standard. Gabi from property maintenance team is very attentive and professional in the manner in which she attends to your requests. The only thing I can advice anybody renting in UK (not particularly with Cameron) to do is to record every little damage/chip/missing piece/screw etc they see when they move into a property and BEFORE signing the check-in report and either mention on the check-in report or email it to the agents and inventory company. SRP inventories who did the check-in and check-out for Cameron did a very shoddy job and marked items which were not missing as "missing" they also mentioned certain chips on the wall which were there when we moved in. However, as I had not made a detailed account of what damages were there Cameron charged us for them and I could not dispute it. It is not the agents fault its the inconsistency between the check-in and check-out reports done by the inventory company. So the only advice I could give anyone wanting to rent in UK is to document in writing and take pictures of every little chip/crack you see on the walls, on the furniture etc, or else you could be charged for something a previous tenant did when you move out, if the inventory company didn't mention it in the check-in report but they mention it in the check-out report. There were some items which were not missing but mentioned as missing in our check-out report since SRP inventories didn't bother to open up drawers etc. Cameron was kind enough to revisit the property and check it themselves upon my request but not all agents would attend to such a request. So be mindful of this
