The team who did the viewings with us did a fantastic job. However, when considering our other interactions with different teams within Cameron's, and how it compared to other agents I would say it was average when it came to the purchase of a house.

Nicola was great, she was responsive and everything went smoothly with the pre-checks and everything. It was just a shock moving into the place and finding old trash! Everywhere was unclean all the surfaces were left as found… grease on the tables, the kitchenette, toilet seats with stains, shower full of lime stains, food remains in the couches, I pulled up my mattress to uncover a pile of garbage!! Literally!! They put up a good service but when it came to the gritty nitty details, they’re definitely lacking.

I was happy with Trent who showed me the property and how it could be remodelled. But after the agreed sale, the sales progressors were really pushy and made me uncomfortable. They where not there to help me as a buyer but they only wanted to move the process forward without understanding my concerns. As a first time buyer, a lot of things they said made me anxious. I think their support especially for young people should be better as we have no experience in this market.

My recent experience with Cameron has been disappointing and has significantly impacted trust built over many years. I made an error in accepting certain terms and raised this immediately once identified. Despite this, the response felt overly rigid and focused on procedural technicalities rather than a quick resolution. What was once a long-standing professional relationship has, in my view, broken down as a result. I would strongly advise landlords and tenants to carefully review all terms and conditions in detail, as assumptions based on past dealings may not be upheld.
