Absoule shambles of a company. The property management team are rude and incredibly lazy. If you want anything done, do not go with this company. I had to contact the site managers myself in order to get my balcony door fixed. It took over 2 months to get this resolved! Ketan promised all issues would be resolved when we moved in, this did not happen. They will say anything to get you to sign the contract. All the blame was passed onto redrow. When I spoke with their property management team they were appauled that camerons suggested they have not resolved the issue for 2 months. They had someone out within 7 days after i spoke with redrow. They will try and take all of your deposit, I had the flat cleaned by the only end of tenancy cleaners camerons trusted. This cost over £200. The staff are extremely unhelpful, be very careful before using this service

I do not know who is the least listened to the cameron agency with whom we are currently renting or our owners ... the defective hotplate, and the final bouquet, photo supporting the gaping hole at the bottom of the staircase due to a partially repaired leak ... when you take a shower, water also flows in the staircase and foul odors from sewers arise spread throughout the house ... for a rent of £ 1450 per month it is scandalous and shameful, I have the impression of falling on sleep merchants !! and I have 2 children constantly sick because of the bad insulation of the windows, if I could put no stars I will do it !!! when I try to contact them I have no concrete answer neither of one, nor of the other. While we are serious tenants our rent is always paid on time every month, and my husband has always maintained the house, repainted the walls, changed the upholstery, changed the carpet and the appliances. and the lack of seriousness is such that we had to meet "owners" who in fact turned out not to be the real owner and all that with the approval of the agency ... it is not identity theft?
First agency that I had to deal with and the last one probably for a while. Horrible experience from the beginning until the end. I had a lot of issued in the flat (every month), everything was handled with huge delays and unprofessional staff. Very agressive style to get you in, and get you out once you handed in your notice. They wanted to arrange a lot of viewings when I was at home (and working); and use my key when I wasn't at home because they didn't have their own set (...), and this way I was once stuck outside the flat because they took it. In addition, at the end they wanted to charge me for a lot of ridiculous things that were in the same condition as I moved in, e.g.: the toilet paper holder was loose apperently, I think this is where I completely lost it. Do not recommend, they are horrible!!!
We have a flat that is rented out and being managed by Cameron Estate Agents. The team is very slow to respond to communication, the high fees that they charge for maintenance really do not justify the weak services provided. The check out inventory is expensive yet less than satisfactory. It seems they do not update the utility companies of the tenancy change despite charging for full management services and it seems do not check if the tenants have settled the accounts of utilities before returning the deposit to tenants. On repeated raising of concerns even with their senior management team, no concrete action is taken, no apology offered and nothing changes going forward. Unlikely that we will continue with their services when the current tenancy period finishes
I wish to give them below 0 zero. 31 years in London I never encountered such terrible ppl. I am a Muslim female living by myself. The pictures below show how i received the flat. I am always in bed due to my Fibromyalgia condition, therefore, hardly I used the other rooms. Now after 4 years of their prejudice, rude and arrogant attitude I finally left it professionally cleaned and fumigated. Yet they still keeping my deposit which i should have had 2 months ago but only heard from them a couple days ago, they deducted over £300 from my deposit for normal wear and tear. They are very unfair team who were trained to defeat you with lies to get as much money out of you and use the situations against you. Stay away.

AVOID AS A PLAGUE I moved in to one of their flats around two weeks ago. The moment I stepped out to a balcony I knew that it hasn't been cleaned for years. It was covered in bird droppings, VERY dusty, and could not be described by any other word than "disgusting". I contacted Cameron ,and explained to them in a very polite manner that since I'd been promised a property cleaned to the highest standards I should be allowed to expect someone to pop in and clean the balcony. I was asked to use their online form ,and even though I did , haven't heard from anyone for another couple of days. Finally less than a week ago the property manager Charley got back to me, a direct quote: "Our contractor from K and S will attend and clean the balcony". This morning I called them up to ask for an update, Charley told me that actually no cleaning company would be coming ,and to ignore her previous email stating otherwise. When asked why no one told me about that sudden change, she responded "I did just now, didn't I?". Wow. Someone could argue that an apology ,or at least "sorry" would be more suitable, I however highly value having the guts to be so openly disrespectful. After that I was repeatedly told that the balcony went from tidy to dirty beyond imagination due to two week non attendance between the moment the previous tenant moved out and the moment I moved in, which could make any sense at all only if The Birds by Alfred Hitchcock was a documentary. Moreover I had to sign THREE tenancy agreements due to multiple errors on Camerons side in their previous two "attempts". If this wasn't enough Cameron tried to unlawfully charge me agency fees even though those charges have been banned by the government.
