Fantastic experience with Whitegates Derby as a landlord. I rent out a detached house in Roby and Whitegates took care of the process end to end from the day I took ownership of the property. I dont live in Liverpool so having a trusted team to take care of things was invaluable. A special call out to Mel and Kelly who were both great at staying in touch and keeping me updated. We have recently made contact with Aidan Nesbitt who has massively helped us with every avenue regarding trying to find our first home. He has gone above and beyond in every sense, he has provided us with his personal contact details and spoke with us out of his working hours when we have had questions. He had strived to ensure everything we have needed has been done in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable in his role and made us feel at ease through every step of what is considered a daunting process finding your first home and getting a mortgage and understanding everything in between. I had a viewing booked over the weekend and was met at the property by Aiden who was just the loveliest person! He was very professional but not 'snooty', down to earth, knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. We have viewed tonnes of houses recently with tonnes of agents, but Aiden was brilliant.
