Terrible experience with Ellis&Co Wembley and property manager Jebin who ignored emails and calls about flat problems, refused to install a lock on my room while other tenants in the house had locks, and made empty promises to fix everything but never followed through. The unprofessional service and discriminatory treatment caused me significant stress and I deeply regret choosing this agency.

I had a very disappointing experience with this estate agency. I had an appointment booked to view a property, and I even finished work early to make it on time.also my Husband closed his shop early. When I arrived at the property, no one was there to meet me. I waited for about half an hour and I called them two times first call they said my colleague called in two minutes after that no one called me I called again they said wait there and go press the ball no one open for me . eventually had to call the agency, only to be told that the tenants had not allowed the viewing. This information should have been confirmed and communicated to me before the appointment time. It's completely unacceptable to let someone go out of their way — especially in my condition, as I am nine months pregnant — without any notice or update. We have west of specially one hour.

On 16/06/25 At 12 30 pm I called Ellis & Co staff picked up the phone .Ronit even didn't hear properly he told no 1 bedroom property available .in other letting agency they took our details and told me to let you know...He thinks Ellis and Co CEO is himself...all reviews about him is just paid I think..

I’d like to express my deep disappointment with the agency from the very beginning of my tenancy. The flat they rented to me was infested with pests—specifically cockroaches. When I raised the issue, the agency claimed that the previous tenant was unaware of any infestation, which I find hard to believe. For two months, I had to deal with this unpleasant situation. The kitchen was in such a poor and unhygienic state due to the cockroaches that I couldn’t even use it properly and had to rely on buying food instead of cooking at home. Even after we decided to leave the property, the pest issue persisted. To make matters worse, the agency charged us an unfair amount upon move-out, withholding access to our deposit unless we paid. This feels like a breach of trust and agreement, considering the poor living conditions we endured. Overall, my experience with this agency has been nothing short of a nightmare. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend or trust this agency.

Ronit proved to be unprofessional, failing to respond to my calls. Whenever I tried to reach out to the agency through their official number, I was repeatedly told that Ronit was "on a break," regardless of the time I called. I had expressed interest in a 2-bedroom apartment near Wembley Central Station, and Ronit assured me that if I submitted a holding deposit, it would be refunded if I later decided not to proceed with the property. Trusting him, as we shared a similar background, I went ahead and submitted the deposit. However, when I decided the next day that I no longer wished to proceed with the flat, Ronit refused to refund my money. He claimed that the deposit would not be returned, and instead suggested that I find another customer for the property if I wanted my money back. This behavior felt deceptive and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I believe this agency is involved in questionable practices. I am sharing this to warn others who may be considering working with this agency. Been renting with this agency. After 5 year of continous renting I have to end the contract. as the agency and landlord both were careless about the issues around the place we rented. Try to scoop our deposit to renovate their property. Spoke to one of their representative. JEBIN. KINDLY AVOID. WON'T RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Won't recommend to anyone getting let in within this agency as they tryna recover money from your deposit with bogus and bs concern. I started living in the property 2020 mid. The property was re-painted as landlord sleeves trick and given to us. Within 3 months property started get mould all over the place and some of tiles where broken and overall property was just painted. I have lived 5 years within the property and the issue with the property never ends. We tried to raise issue with landlord and agency regarding this and never got address to the issue. After living 5 years, They tryna recover the renovation amount from my deposit rather than taking the responsibility of not renovating the property at first place before handing keys to us. AVOID
