The team at Ashton’s could not have made my sale / rent situation any easier and stress free, even though it was a stressful situation for me. For my sale Tom was always on hand, even with 5 hour time difference, and kept me updated on the progress throughout. For my renting situation, Chris and Colin had my property in a bidding war within a few days and managed to get over the ask and with tenant in place within a few weeks. After many years I decided to move house. I chose Ashtons to sell my house mainly due to the professional presentation they gave me. The dashboard app system they used was really helpful listing all the people who viewed the house and their feed back. After the sale was agreed I was transferred to client services who looked after the final stages of the sale.
