Brilliant service from the team at Ashtons. It was our first time using them to buy our first family home and we were very impressed with the service they provided. A special thanks to Elissa Christopher for her efficiency and all her work progressing the sale through to exchange. The stress of moving house was made that bit easier having an agent who was always willing to assist and get the job done quickly but efficiently. Very happy customers!

Ashtons produced an excellent brochure and web listing including the best house tour video that I have ever seen. They quickly found a buyer, helped negotiate an acceptable price and the sale was agreed in less than a week. The sale completed in just over 3 months. All Ashtons staff involved were excellent, with a clear focus on meeting or exceeding our expectations. Especially outstanding was the sales progressor. There were difficulties in the conveyancing process but our sales progressor showed great persistence and skill in working with agents and solicitors across the whole chain and was even the primary source of information for our buyer! The chain could have collapsed at one point but for the work done by our progressor. I would definitely use Ashtons again and would (in fact already have!) recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.
