After visiting what felt like almost every estate agents in Welwyn Garden City, Ashtons stood head and shoulders above the competition - the staff were very professional both over the phone and in person; these may seem like basic expectations but they were severely lacking in some of their competitors, in some instances I was just given a business card at the door (not invited inside) and told to ring the number/use the website. I considered it a blessing that Ashtons were the ones who found me a suitable property to rent and I had no hesitation in signing with them.
