James visited and we discussed the market value after having refurbished the property to make it stand head and shouldders above the similar properties on the market nearby. James suggested a value that was correct with his vast knowledge of the area and this was reflected when the property received a full asking price offer at the location ceiling price within a few days. Christopher and the branch team managed the sale from there on keeping us and the buyer up to speed with sales progression and were always available on the end of the phone, or if we just turned up adhoc, they were always welcoming.
