Good at buying a property because the boss is dedicated not the staff when it comes to Lettings… very poor service had to move somewhere else..

Never heard back from them

Do they transfer your deposit if you move to another one of their houses? no, They tell you that they will, but then change their minds and tell you that you will have to wait 4 to 5 weeks before you get your deposit back

Verry bad ,teribile ,liars very unprofessional if i could i would give 0 stars i can not beleive it .i spoke whit them on the phone to arrange a viewing a property on Brawn Close for rent and someone took my detailes and never called me back .after 3 day I called them back and they said the property is not longer available as someone else just agreed the letting terms ..Im very upset because i made the plan ....so now everithing is gone . I call them last week to arrange a view for a property on Brawn Close and they said will call me but they did not.I call them after 3 days and they said The property is gone ....They are not serious They lied me. They also took my wife details to arrange a view but never get back to us ..Im very disappointed . Please Avoid ...The are not trust at all

Waste of time if you wanna rent with them and also rude over the phone .

I made an offer on a property which was accepted. A day later I received a call and was told that a higher offer had been made by another bidder. I was given the chance to increase my offer, but I refused out of principle. If a sale is agreed then no other offers should be accepted after that. If I was outbid before my offer had already been accepted then it would be fair enough. The estate agent explained that this was the vendor's decision, but I feel that I was used as leverage to get a higher offer from another bidder after the deal had been done.
