These Guys are all soooo very professional. They know how to look after nervous house sellers. Richard was particularly good at reading body language, knowing when I wasnt understanding something, was worried about some aspect of the move and when I was struggling with the whole thing. During the sale, they were very particular about prospective buyers and checked out their credentials before they could cross my threshold. once the house was sold, Danny looked after me with great honesty and respect. However small it may have seemed I was kept fully up to date with every tiny aspect of the process. They were always chasing the conveyancing/Solicitors for updates on where we were. On the actual day of the move, I had a variety of call from them keeping me abreast of what was happening. And what a jewel is Hazel !! lovely to speak with, always calm and efficient beavering away in the background fielding calls for the guys who are constantly busy..
