From start to finish, we've had the best experience with Richard James. We were kept in the know regarding viewing, thorough feedback and sold our house within two weeks. We also ended up buying a house that was for sale with them. Communication was flawless. Every single person we dealt with on the team were professional, helpful, understanding and thorough. This is a very delayed review, apologies. Last year we sold and brought a property through Richard James. We previously had a sale and purchase fall through, which was extremely disappointing. This was with a different agent. I've got to say service was excellent, feedback always given as was advice. We had many issues with our sales and purchase....pretty convinced if Chris wasn't so on the ball, it wouldn't have happened. So this is is a big shout out to Chris who went above and beyond, so easily could gave fallen apart. One of the reasons this review is delayed, we have been doing up our new house, which we love. Thanks guys, you were fantastic including all the girls doing the viewings especially Stacey,, who was so clued up and professional. Thank you for all of your help.

As a distant landlord looking to invest in properties I must say I was immediately impressed by the polite and courteous staff at the Wellingborough office. They know the market well and are fair without overly assertive about valuations etc. The record of sales speaks for itself. I am happy to recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling, as I have experienced both sides of the coin with them.. Richard James Estate Agent is one of the best if not the best agent in Wellingborough. I am very pleased with the service I received from them.
