From first point of contact with Tom, who was brilliant and knowledgable about local house prices, to Lily and Simon who held so so many viewings, we definitely made the right decision to go with Henderson Connellan. The quality of the pictures taken, the personalised description of our home and level of communication we received were all outstanding, we never felt out of the loop at all and as/when/if we decide to sell our new house, we will most certainly be returning.

We have just purchased through Henderson and Connellan and have found all in the Wellingborough office totally professional and willing to go the extra mile to sort problems and drive the sale through.We had a nightmare chain that the whole team in the office, kept on top of the situation by ringing up and down the chain making sure all were aware of dates etc and chasing some very laid back solicitors along the way. I can honestly say we would still be frustrated and annoyed with the situation if it was not for Tom and his teams constant sales chasing and sorting out to get to exchange of contracts and completion. I would highly recommend Tom and his team to sell and close your home sale.

I would unreservedly recommend this estate agency team, based in Wellingborough. The level of professionalism shown and the high degree of customer focus and care demonstrated are, these days, rarely experienced. In particular, Lily Gugic (sales negotiator) is worthy of special mention. Her assistance and support, throughout our dealings with the firm, was exceptional.

Cannot recommend this Estate Agent enough. They’ve all been a pleasure to work with, answered all our questions and kept us completely up to date throughout the whole process. We had a very complex chain and Simon worked so hard to push it through to completion to meet our date. We could not have done it without them. Thank you all.
