Tom was amazing from start to finish as was Simon who I dealt with on many occasions around viewings of my property, feedback and negotiations. The quality of marketing, communications and updates was second to none and a first in my experience of estate agents. If anyone thought an estate agents job was easy, to do well it isn't. To keep the momentum going and keep the various parties of solicitors, vendors and buyers and all the bits of the chain together is a tough job that Henderson Connellan did incredibly well. We were initially leaning towards using an agent in Olney to position our house in that market, or doing it ourselves online where they make it look very easy. We have been thoroughly pleased through the whole sale journey with the choices we made regarding the estate agents we chose. Throughout our journey Tom and Simon acted with great integrity, kindness and helpfulness, even to the point of, not only providing boxes for our packing but delivering them too. I don't write Google reviews often, but Henderson Connellan deserve every praise.

We could not have found a better Estate Agent - their approach to selling the house was thorough and well explained. Their professional handling got us many viewings and ultimately the sale we needed to fulfil our wish to downsize.
