I think we all seem to think that selling houses and being an estate agent is an easy way to make money. My experience over the past 3 months has completely changed my mind. Tom and his team have been brilliant and I cannot fault their hard work, drive, dedication and enthusiasm. We had some difficult buyers with an over enthusiastic agent and the team at Henderson Connellan in Wellingborough dealt with them superbly. I am certain that at times the sale looked doomed but thanks to Tom and his expertise and experience we eventually exchanged and the deal has been done.
