We have just purchased through Henderson and Connellan and have found all in the Wellingborough office totally professional and willing to go the extra mile to sort problems and drive the sale through.We had a nightmare chain that the whole team in the office, kept on top of the situation by ringing up and down the chain making sure all were aware of dates etc and chasing some very laid back solicitors along the way. I can honestly say we would still be frustrated and annoyed with the situation if it was not for Tom and his teams constant sales chasing and sorting out to get to exchange of contracts and completion. I would highly recommend Tom and his team to sell and close your home sale.

Excellent agent to work, very friendly approach and professional

Tom, Simon and Lily were involved in the sale of my house. The service was professional and I was kept informed and up to date the whole time. The house was marketed in a very professional manner with excellent photographs and video. There was a great amount of interest and numerous viewings and several offers. This was dealt with very professionally and a deadline was made and the offer that was accepted met my approval. I would recommend Henderson Connellan, Nene Valley to anyone considering selling the house.

I think we all seem to think that selling houses and being an estate agent is an easy way to make money. My experience over the past 3 months has completely changed my mind. Tom and his team have been brilliant and I cannot fault their hard work, drive, dedication and enthusiasm. We had some difficult buyers with an over enthusiastic agent and the team at Henderson Connellan in Wellingborough dealt with them superbly. I am certain that at times the sale looked doomed but thanks to Tom and his expertise and experience we eventually exchanged and the deal has been done. Henderson Connellan give estate agents a good name! We bought a property listed by them and they were professional and proactive from day one.
