Sold my apartment using this agency. It was a long slog taking over a year as the market is difficult for apartments in Oldbury town centre, however the staff at Belvoir endeavoured, advised me on what improvements I needed to make and found a purchaser with a reasonable offer. Big thank you to Katie Frost & Heidi Warke throughout the process. The sale is now completed and I can breathe easy. Finally Belvoir's fees are reasonable so I would highly recommend them to all vendors.. well done!
