I currently rent from Belvoir and have been dealing with Alex, the property manager @ the Wednesbury office for a few years now. When of late I had a few things go wrong at the property, the boiler etc, he acted on it fast to get me back up and running. After checked in to make sure all was gone ok. So no issues!

We have dealt with a few estate agents over the years and we have to say belvoir is by far one of the best we have dealt with the transaction when we moved into our property was so seemless and no trouble at all. Alex Round is one of the best property managers we've ever had any time we've had an issue it has been resolved very quickly and it seems like nothing is too much trouble for him.
