I have been very impressed with the speed and efficiency with which Mikail, Ketz and Dey, King and Haria as a whole have arranged for repairs to be done, and for new devices and equipment to be installed, in my rented flat. Over the past two and a half years they have expeditiously organised replacement heaters, heat detectors and light sockets when needed. Generally the flat is great, but when these jobs have needed to be done, they have been carried out with admirable responsiveness, politeness and administrative skill. The annual inspection of the flat that DKH schedule around Christmas/New Year is mutually beneficial, and has always been conducted positively and helpfully. Annual rent negotiations have likewise been fair and business-like. All in all, I would say that DKH have been excellent in their dealing with me, and in their maintenance of the flat.
