We viewed a property in Washington yesterday . The whole process was easy . Times to suit us . Danny was friendly and professional . He new about the property including its history . He could answer all our questions . The viewing was not rushed because there were others viewing in a block booking . We decided the property was a big project and in retirement we decided it was not for us . We informed the agent and there was no pressure and there was complete understanding of our reasons for the decision . We were both very impressed with this firm and feel this has been the best experience we have had from any estate agents in the past .
