A handover like no other company I have known , Belvoir captured the condition of everything in the house which protects me and my tenants. My son has been ripped off by London letting agents and has moved to Liverpool and got a poor handover to tired house. Keep up the good work!

Although we have used our own sub contractors to complete any necessary repair works, Belvoir have contractors available at competitive rates. Belvoir have been managing my rental property for the past 5-years. During this time they have always operated in a professional manner with both me, the landlord, and the tenants. Throughout the course of this time I have faced very few issues with my tenants, and for the ones which are a little more needy than others, they contain and manage each situation independently removing any unnecessary stress from the landlord.
