I am currently a tenant of one of Belvoir Warrington's landlords and I can honestly state that the service I have received from the team has been incredibly professional and to an incredibly high standard. From first enquiry to moving in and everything in between (not to mention the reasonable application fees!!), you've got to give these guys a look in. My experience of letting agents to date has been such that I had not been prepared for the politeness, empathy and feeling of having my corner looked after (as well as the landlord's of course!!). It's been a pleasure making contact with the team, receiving emails, texts or letters etc. I wish I'd built my (very small) portfolio of buy-to-let properties on this side of the Pennines so I could use their services. Belvoir, Warrington have let my rental property whilst I was away on holiday. They did a wonderful job and got a tenant quickly after it had been empty for lest than a month. All the staff did such allot to help whilst I was away and I am indebted to them all. I have used Belvoir at Warrington for many years and would recommend the highly.

Staff have been helpful offering explanations and reassurance when necessary. Although we have used our own sub contractors to complete any necessary repair works, Belvoir have contractors available at competitive rates. This is the first time my flat in Warrington has been let and the whole process has been very straightforward. Gary and his team marketed the property and gave good advice about a potentially unsuitable tenant. I have not had to worry about anything and the utilities etc all sorted immediately. I had another let property in a different area and the agent there needed several phone calls before the simplest of things was done... not with Belvoir! Also, mail forwarded or scanned to me straight away. I have the feeling that the team is efficient and proactive in managing the let. I hope this continues, so keep up the good work. Over a year later...and I am now on the second tenant. I have honestly never had to worry about anything.
