I found Belvoir very friendly and very helpful. We've had some minor issues with our flat after moving in (I'm sure everyone does) but they've always sorted it out quickly. Can't complain about that. They are easy to contact and very professional. We didn't feel pressured to take any of the properties we viewed. Generally just a really good service.

After using another Letting Agents who had let us down badly, I contacted Belvoir after reading the reviews and looking at their Website. My husband and I have been very impressed by the efficiency of Gary Pemberton and his Staff who all worked extremely well as a team to secure us a good Tenant and to ensure everything necessary was done quickly and professionally. They are courteous on the phone and always do their best to assist with any queries. We are looking forward to a great business relationship and know our Tenants will be well looked after.

Having used the majority of

Having used the majority of the major Letting Agents in Warrington in the past 10 years I was about to give the Landlord game up. A couple of years ago I gave it one last chance and chose Belvoir (Warrington) to represent me. Garry (and his team) took the keys off me, turned the property around (previous Tenants from last agency having made a serious mess) got it let, with no stress to me whatsoever. Garry and every member of his Team reinvigorated me as a Landlord and made the experience enjoyable once again. Recently I have subsequently acquired a further property to let in Cheshire, and Belvoir again exceeded my previous expectations. Each member of the team took on the responsibilities for the property as if it were their own. Again Thank You! They say you get what you pay for, however in Belvoir Warrington's case I've got more than I paid for every time! For Lettings in Cheshire I recommend that you give Garry's team a try before any of the competition.

We chose Belvoir as they appeared to be the most professional from all the letting agencies I have visited. The staff have been fantastic and have informed me should any work need completed. If I have chosen for it to be done myself thats been no issue otherwise, id have quotes quick and the jobs completed. I had people in my house quickly each time required. there have been a couple issues but this was dealt with in a professional manner. The staff have grown to know me well so we had a good understanding. Jeanette is the main lovely I have worked with and she was spot on with me. Again she got to know me and likewise. The team were very informative for me.I would definitely go to Belvoir again. Id like to say thanks to them as I have sold the house after all these years.
