My tenant James would like to pass on his gratitude to Lewis, Belvoir and the landlord for allowing a new boiler to be installed. James said that Lewis and his colleague were fantastic and made no mess. We weren't waiting long for the boiler to come and I was impressed by the over all speediness of the situation. This is the first time I have used a property rental service and I was very impressed by it. The entire process went smoothly and efficiently with good communication from Belvoir and the vetting company they use. I moved in on the agreed date, without fuss or drama. There were a couple of minor problems, but these had been picked up on the inventory and have now been resolved to my entire satisfaction. I am delighted with my new home.
