The team at Belvoir took over managing our property for our landlord after the previous agency went under. The difference in service from the old agency to Belvoir was night and day. Belvoir have been professional, friendly and really helpful. Every time we have needed them they have taken care of an issue in a timely manner and updated us along the way. Thanks to all the staff at the Warrington office for all they've done and in particular to Amy who has worked really hard to ensure our time with them was a great experience.

We have used Belvoir Warrington for a number of years now. The staff are absolutely brilliant, help, friendly and very efficient for a landlord that isn't close to the rental property. We wish other letting agents were as good as these guys!

Recently sold a property and was very satisfied with the service received. I would say the selling fees are very reasonable. The negotiation for the agreed sales price was very satisfactory and pleased to have achieved the full asking price.

Amazing company to deal with

Amazing company to deal with when moving home. Especially as a first time renter. The whole team were all amazing and helped us in any which way they could! Speaking to them on the phone or emailing, all with quick responses and no wait time. Lovely team, lovely company!

Accidental Landlord

Belvoir have been consistently helpful with finding tenants and managing the tenancy for the house we inherited from my Mum. They have kept on top of maintenance needs and recommended competent plumbers etc when repairs were needed.

Quick turn around on

My tenant James would like to pass on his gratitude to Lewis, Belvoir and the landlord for allowing a new boiler to be installed. James said that Lewis and his colleague were fantastic and made no mess. We weren't waiting long for the boiler to come and I was impressed by the over all speediness of the situation. This is the first time I have

This is the first time I have used a property rental service and I was very impressed by it. The entire process went smoothly and efficiently with good communication from Belvoir and the vetting company they use. I moved in on the agreed date, without fuss or drama. There were a couple of minor problems, but these had been picked up on the inventory and have now been resolved to my entire satisfaction. I am delighted with my new home.
