The market for renting is incredibly competitive, and as a result many of the other agencies in the area are too overwhelmed to give any further guidance aside from "you didn't get the let" or otherwise. Kirsty Mead was great, especially with communicating on our behalf with our landlord particularly when we were due to move out.
