We have been renting through Northwood for 6 years now. The service we have received has been second to none. From Tracey Hankin's friendly face in the office when we first enquired on a property to smooth referencing, check in and property inspections. Tracey always gave us plenty of notice for appointments and if it was ever inconvenient, it was never too much trouble for Tracey to move things around. Tracey made the stress of moving so much easier for us! Kirsty Mead dealt with all of our maintenance issues quickly and effectively. Again, nothing was too much trouble. Kirsty would keep us updated on a regular basis on situations with fantastic communication at all times. Kirsty also did our precheck out, advising on what needed to be done for a smooth hand over. Again, with the stress of moving, Kirsty did all she could to help us. We are pleased to be staying with the Northwood family by transferring to Northwood Truro for our new home. We cannot recommend Northwood enough.
