From the moment I telephoned to book a market appraisal with Northwood Warminster, I knew straight away that I would end up appointing them to act in the sale of my late parents property. Martin Bradbury met me at the property to conduct the appraisal, I was very impressed with his conduct and professionalism. All the staff were very friendly throughout the transaction, I was one of their tricky sellers having been an Estate Agent myself for nearly 30 years. There were a couple of minor hiccups but nothing to quibble about. Estate Agents get given an awful reputation at times, some of which is rightly deserved but not this office, they delivered pretty much exactly what they promised they would deliver and you can’t say fairer than that.
