This sector of the economy usually sits between politician and traffic wardens. Martin and Co were a refreshing breath of fresh air. From first contact, through clear information, on to moving in and sorting out minor issues, the team has been faultless. Our main contact Rob even chauffeured me to the viewing (I had broken my leg), sought answers to all our questions, and was the very model of efficiency. The maintenance team deserve a Maintenance Oscar, sourcing some expert tradespeople to carry out minor but essential works to the electrics and plumbing - they even found us a gardener, a true son of the soil with a prodigious plant knowledge.
