Ollie, Ricky and Izzy have been brilliant- one of them always getting back to me in the quickest of turnarounds and dealing with all of the requests I had for them. Polite, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable they all did everything I asked and more. A really good team!! Jade in Sales Progression has been brilliant too- so knowledgeable about the part of the process I knew the least about. There was nothing she didn’t know nor couldn’t advise me on- and her diligence in keeping to all the calls she promised me was incredible. Probably only my view and due to my naivety of the process - but did feel as if she was “default- siding” with the sellers when I raised the one negotiation area (survey issues raised and inventory pricing). I got immediate answers to my proposal, surprising to me that the answer could be offered before speaking to the seller. From that point I dealt directly with the seller regarding everything regarding the survey issues raised and the fix/recompense of. Again, I’m naive to the process and this may be the norm- but friends have told me that the sales Progressor (or similiar role) dealt with all of this for them with an impartial outlook. As I state, I’m unsure of the norm and this is not a complaint, merely an observation and simply the only area for me to comment on in an otherwise brilliant experience!! Thanks all Kier

An experience that is usually considered really stressful and time consuming ended up feeling really seamless and easy, this is all because of both Rob and Sally. We both wanted to get our house up on the market really quickly due to seeing our new dream home, the turn around time to do this was spectacular, within a week we had our home evaluation then had professional photographs and our house was up on the market. Not even 24 hours had passed and we already had lots of activity on on our house. Within the space of 4 days Rob and Sally did viewings and we accepted a really good offer.
