As a tenant of a flat let by Thomas Merrifield, I'd like to say they were great agents! My partner and I rented the flat for over two years and TM were always polite and helpful when responding to problems. Repairs in the flat were dealt with quickly and to a high standard. Thanks to everyone at TM!
Really thorough and professional service whilst also very personable. As first time buyers we didn't know the process but everyone we dealt with at MMP was really helpful and explained each step to us along the way.
Brilliant service. Got the property on the market within a week and great communication throughout
Great service really nice staff members. Outstanding local knowledge, approachable, fair and reasonable valuations
We were delighted with the service from Fine & Country Norwich, from start -- with Richard Cook and his sales team - to finish, with Philippa Martinez in After Sales. We felt we were in safe hands and, despite the ups and downs that are an inevitable part of most sales, everything possible was done to make it happen and for it to be as stress-free as possible for us, as vendors. Thank you, team!

Excellent service from Richard from start to finish. Always kept me updated and always responded to email’s quickly. It’s very apparent he has a wealth of knowledge and such a lovely manner with it. Thank you Richard for making my purchase a pleasure.

After 6 months with another agency, and a difficult property to sell, our move to Fine and Country paid off. The whole team performed admirably and were all approachable, efficient and helpful. We would happily recommend the agency to anyone hoping to sell.

We are also very active in the local community as supporting the grass roots development within the sporting arena is a passion and a keen interest of mine and my team.
