We experienced this change first-hand from the moment the property was advertised, just as the high was coming to an end, until exchange and completion when things looked very different. I’ve been critical in the past about how much estate agents charge but actually Fine & Country worked very hard for their money. Whether the house sells within a month or a year, they offer the same level of service and I am convinced that it couldn’t have been any better with anyone else. I sold my house in under a week ! Selling a house can be stressful but F&C kept me well informed & the communication was excellent. I really could leave them to it without having to get too involved.
