Very helpful
We bought our new home through Curchods, and Penny guided us through the process. I cannot emphasise enough just how helpful Penny was throughout. She always kept us in the loop with the latest from the sellers and solicitors. She was always keen to help with any requests, sometimes going far beyond her remit to keep everything moving along smoothly. We couldn't have asked for anything more, thank you!

Reply from Curchods Walton on Thames (Sales): Much appreciated Mrs Langley. A very late completion in the end, so thank you for your patience and understanding. Hope you enjoy your new property.
Bruce was very helpful. Explained everything very clearly. Top bloke
I have been buying and selling in auctions for 18 years. I have written a book on how best to do this. I cannot do what I do without the EI Group system. …
Superb resource for seasoned property professionals

Welcome to our estate agency office in Walton-on-Thames. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Curchods continue to be the most effective selling agent in Walton-on-Thames for one very good reason – our Resident Partner, Warren Fraser MNAEA and his team which have over 150 years’ experience in the industry between them. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser! Warren comments “I have worked in the town since 1991 and having been schooled in neighbouring Shepperton, I bring a wealth of local knowledge to an expert team which have been with me for nearly a decade. We are also very active in the local community as supporting the grass roots development within the sporting arena is a passion and a keen interest of mine and my team. My children have been schooled locally and we continue to support and sponsor the local schools. Having also played cricket for Walton Cricket Club, we are proud to continue to be their principal sponsor as well as sponsoring Elm Grove Colts Football Club. With a combined 150 years of property experience, myself and my team pride ourselves on providing a first class service to all of our clients to help them find their dream home.
